A systems analyst designs new IT solutions to improve business efficiency and productivity. Analysts examine existing business models and flows of data, discuss their findings with the team, and design an appropriate improved IT solution. They produce outline designs and costing of new IT systems, specifying the operations the system will perform, and the way data will be viewed by the user, present their design to the user and, once it is approved, work to implement the solution. Bachelors Degree or equivalent. Candidate must have three to five years of previous work experience.
OTHER SKILLS:
Analyzes, diagnoses, and resolves problems across a portfolio of applications comprising an application system. Monitors, manages, reports on and maintain one or more applications to ensure application availability meets established SLAs of application users. Works on assignments that are moderately difficult, requiring judgment in resolving issues and in making recommendations. Receives little instruction on daily work, general instructions on newly introduced assignments. Provides technical expertise and value to implement, integrate and configure processes, applications, and scripts into an application system. Engages and contributes to analysis, design, test, and implementation of application functionality. Interacts with other groups and communicate with end-users and other stakeholders to provide timely and accurate information and status.

Basic Qualifications
Bachelor's degree and four years related work experience or eight years related work experience post high school
Three years of systems related or technical support experience
Preferred Qualifications
Expert on the logistics lifecycle with clients 5+ years of experience preferred.
Experience working in a production environment. IT logistics production at clients preferred.
Cross functional experience in multiple workgroups including integration, production, development, design, architecture and or test preferred.
Excellent verbal and oral communication skills. Must be able to translate highly technical information into business terms.
Vendor Management Experience
SQL Developer efficient
Oracle eBusiness Suite expert
Experience working in an Agile environment is a plus
Must be able to act as a subject matter expert for Production Support
Must be willing to support their applications 24X7
