    RESEARCH PROJECT MANAGER

     

    This position requires a highly detail-oriented and quality-driven person with a high level of intellectual curiosity. As an Account Manager, you play a role in the delivery of strategic insights to our clients through the execution of research programs.  Your work requires sharp time management skills and a keen attention to detail.  The ideal candidate is a business-minded individual who has both project and client management experience.  Your role will involve managing all aspects of the day-to-day responsibilities associated with ongoing tracking studies.

     

    KEY AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY

     

    • Coordinating and managing survey research on time and on budget, working closely with other departments and suppliers.
    • Handling all aspects of project management/coordination for ongoing tracking studies, including, but not limited to, sampling, fieldwork management, data processing, reporting and client interaction.
    • Maintaining and strengthening client relationships and developing understanding of their business issues.
    • Analyzing and interpreting results; preparing client reports and presentations.
    • Assist with expanding and enhancing current studies, as well as proposing new research to help meet our clients’ needs.
    • Create and manage the necessary documentation of project requirements to ensure safety to the business and allow you to train others doing those tasks or involved in your project.

     

    QUALIFICATIONS

     

    • You have a strong interest in automotive product research.
    • 1-2 years’ experience as an analyst in a primary research role.
    • Eagerness to learn and highly coachable.
    • Program management and operational focus.
    • Strong people skills and true team player.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication.
    • Possess solid active listening skills.
    • Strong problem-solving skills.
    • Curious about the data and research results.
    • Within you is the potential to prepare engaging and thought-provoking presentations that are strong visually and in writing.
    • Strong working proficiency with MS Office (specifically MS PowerPoint, Word and Excel).
    • Completed Bachelor’s Degree level of education or higher, preferably in a related major such as marketing research, sociology, psychology, marketing, management or science.
    • At least 2 years’ experience in the market research field including prior project and client management.
    • Ability to travel both domestically and internationally, if required.

    MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

    EDUCATION: 

    • Billing and Coding certificate or 1 year of customer service or claims processing with a healthcare facility or insurance company preferred

    EXPERIENCE: 

    • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in customer service setting (registration; billing experience preferred)

     

    ADDITIONAL KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:

    • Excellent customer service skills and computer knowledge required.
    • Prior experience with medical billing and coding preferred
    • Ability to work weekends and holidays
