    Panorama Orthopedic & Spine is searching for full time staff Physical Therapist Clinic Director for our Westminster CO. outpatient orthopedic clinic. The Physical Therapy Clinic Director will be rich in experience and will supervise a team of outpatient orthopaedic clinicians. The Physical Therapist Clinic Director directs and coordinates the day to day operations, policies, objectives, initiatives, and programs for the delivery of physical therapy programs to patients. The Clinic Director oversees the performance of the physical therapy staff and ensures the physical therapy division follows regulatory compliance requirements and standard procedures.     • The Physical Therapist Clinic director is responsible for the day to day operations of the clinic. Facilitating and managing patient care duties following the guidelines established by practice act, licensing board, and in accordance with physicians orders.
    • Ensure compliance of clinic/location with federal, state and local physical therapy practice guidelines
    • The Physical Therapist Clinic Director is dedicated to achieving the highest quality of care optimizing superior clinical outcomes.
    • The Physical Therapist Clinic Director will provide direct patient care, evaluate patient''s case history, functional capabilities, limitations and restrictions to determine the patients'' potential for rehabilitation.
    • The Physical Therapist Clinic Director will establish and administer treatment programs with specific goals defined by the patient''s capacity and tolerance and direction of physician.
    • The Physical Therapist Director will educate patient, document and record the patient''s condition and provide continuing updates on patient condition. Qualifications:
    • Must have graduated from an accredited Physical Therapy program.
    • Current state license as a Registered Physical Therapist / PT or actively in the application process.
