    The Account Manager will sell CTDI's complete communications product portfolio (Legacy, Enterprise, Broadband Access, and Accessories) to new and existing customers, meeting or exceeding all assigned sales objectives and revenue quotas. The accounts this position will target are complex with multi-applications for strategic and national Tier 1 Telecom and Cable companies. The ideal person will have experience with Wireless 4G infrastructure resale and reuse. OTHER RESPONSIBILITIES OF THIS POSITION INCLUDE:

     

    • Responsible for new business, account penetration, and further sale of related products and services.
    • Meet monthly revenue targets and measurable non-revenue objectives.
    • Follow accounts through proposal, pricing, initial support, and on-going account maintenance.
    • Serve the account through customer meetings, assessment, and proposal development, executive-level meetings, and continual assessment of additional marketing and revenue -generating opportunities.
    • Work jointly with the Sales Engineering and Operations teams to assure customer satisfaction with pricing support, order provisioning, and project management.
    • Assist in customer service and follow up.
    • Develop and execute strategic account plans for assigned accounts.
    • Assist in developing new products and marketing strategies for assigned accounts.
    • Complete sales forecasting and backlog requirements.
    • Attend sales and product meetings.
    • Other duties as assigned.

    Required Skills

    REQUIRED SKILLS:

    • Highly self-motivated with a strong work ethic.
    • Ability to work autonomously with the discipline to work without direct supervision.
    • Advanced communication skills to be used in writing, presentations, general customer interactions, and with internal company management/executives.

    Required Experience

     

    • B.S. Degree in Business or related field is preferred.
    • 5-7+ years sales experience with experience in the communications industry preferred.
    • Wireless 4G infrastructure resale/reuse experience preferred.
    • International sales reach and experience (South America and Europe)
    • Proven record of professional sales accomplishment and customer relationship skills with demonstrable prospecting, cold calling and closing skills.
    • Technical background is a plus.
    • Advanced knowledge of communications architecture, with an emphasis on sophisticated equipment and services preferred.
    • Experience with MSOffice programs required.
