    The successful candidate will manage the NASA Cybersecurity and Privacy Enterprise Solutions and Services (CyPrESS) contract.  The CyPrESS requirement is a new procurement for Agency-wide cybersecurity and privacy services. The types of services anticipated include:

    • Security Operations Center (SOC)
    • Assessment and Authorization (A&A)
    • Risk Management Framework (RMF)
    • Incident Response (IR) and Management Support
    • Cybersecurity architecture and engineering
    • Penetration testing
    • Vulnerability management
    • Supply Chain Risk Management (SCRM)
    • Training and awareness
    • Cybersecurity infrastructure
    • Identity, Credential, and Access Management (ICAM)
    • Privacy services support

    Principal Duties and Responsibilities of the CyPrESS Program Manager include but are not limited to:

    • Serves as the Contractor's single contract Program Manager that is authorized and responsible for the overall contract performance

    • Responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction

    • Primarily interfaces with the Government service office manager, Contracting Officer (CO) and Contracting Officer's Representative (COR)

    • Responsible for the management of all employees, financials. contract/subcontracts, schedules, deliverables, performance, risks and quality

    • Responsible for compliance with all contract and corporate policies and procedures

    Required Skills Required Experience

    REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

    • Master's degree or higher in related field

    • Minimum of 15 years work related experience providing service delivery in complex IT environments, including 7 years supervisory experience

    • Knowledgeable of the Cybersecurity and/or Privacy domain including standards, compliance, and current challenges/solutions

    • Strong written and verbal communication skills

    • Working knowledge of desktop applications including word processing, spreadsheet, and database programs

    • Extensive experience managing large, complex programs that involve multiple lines of business with a variety of services

    • Experience leading a diverse technical workforce across multiple geographically dispersed locations

    • Experience managing large, complex programs with performance requirements directly tied to metrics

    • US Citizenship Required; Ability to obtain and maintain required level of clearance as mandated by contract

    • Ability to travel to all Agency locations, as needed, with or without reasonable accommodation

    PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

    • Program Manager Certification preferred (e.g., PMP or equivalent)

    • Experience leading enterprise-level contracts across multiple geographically dispersed locations

    • Current SECRET clearance preferred with ability to obtain a higher clearance

    • Cybersecurity certification preferred (e.g., CISSP or equivalent)

    • ITIL experience and/or certification
