    Job description Currently our most "in-demand" position is our Customer Service Representative role. This role offers independence, schedule flexibility, a great support system, and an aggressive advancement and compensation package! Description: At Ipsum Solutions Inc., we bring our clients' products directly to market in the most efficient ways possible. For clients whose products have mass market appeal and growth potential, we utilize a kiosk style sales approach in retailers. This allows these companies to get one on one exposure with their existing and potential customers. As a Customer Service Representative at Ipsum Solutions Inc., you will be responsible for interacting with customers for our client in a retail setting. Our most successful team members are high-energy, charismatic, with a go-getter personality. Your day-to-day role will offer the flexibility to work independently with no "boss over your shoulder." While you won't be stuck in our offices all day, we have a very accessible team that's ready to help 24/7. Compensation and Growth Opportunities: Unlike many retail Customer Service roles, we offer a very aggressive, uncapped compensation schedule that allows your hard work to be rewarded. At Ipsum Solutions Inc., we don't take on a project unless it offers regional and / or national growth potential for the business. You'll never be "stuck" in a role here if you're getting results for the company. Advancement from this role can happen as quickly as 6-12 months in to one of our Market Manager or Campaign Manager positions.
