J ob Description:
- Reconcile monthly Excel payment lists with QB data.
- Prepare Ad-Hoc reports on income, collections, expenses and others.
- Prepare monthly financial reports for accounting and allocation purposes.
- Donor Perfect and QuickBooks data verifications and reconciliations.
- Prepare monthly financial statements for the members of the board.
- Assis with month end processes including journal entries, accruals and reconciliations.
- Reconcile all the income accounts with the intermediary merchant accounts.
- Update donor's records.
- Record donor's pledges and payments. Create balance reports.
- Bank Reconciliations.
- Assist in yearly audit and work closely with the management and audit teams.
- Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable.
- Record and facilitate securities donations.
- Approximately 25 hours per week.
MUST HAVE QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:
- Team Player.
- Non-Profit experience.
- Analytical skills and reporting experience.
- Advanced Excel and QuickBooks knowledge and skills.
- Attention to detail.
- Bachelor's Degree is a plus.
