    Seeking a motivated and compassionate Mental Health Therapist position. Mental Health therapists must hold a valid NC license (LCSWA/LCSW; LMHCA/LMHC; LMFTA/LMFT). Mental Health Therapists provide quality comprehensive services to children, couples, and families to promote health, safety, and client growth. The outpatient Therapist shall assess, develop, utilize and monitor clinical interventions for individuals, couples, and families. Therapists already credentialed with multiple Medicaids are encouraged to apply. Free clinical supervision is offered for provisionally licensed LMFTA and LMHCA. This position has flexibility, the expectation to build their own caseload, and the therapist sets their own schedule of 20/25 clients per week. Building the caseload is assisted through referral sources and encouraged to place profiles on external platforms. The work environment is friendly and welcoming. Currently, the position is fully remote; however, will be back in the office full time when deemed safe. Position is flexible: Hourly + compensation on paid claims, Contract or Salary Responsibilities: • Completing required reports/documentation in a timely manner and in compliance with Irenic Therapy policies and procedures. Initial intake, Comprehensive Clinical Assessment, Treatment Plans, referrals, etc. • Promptly returning voicemails and emails. • Perform case management and care coordination • Maintain appropriate awareness of insurance processes, client payment requirements, and collaborate with the office manager to collect appropriate revenues in order to meet contracted revenue expectations. • Collaborates with physicians, psychiatrists, or other professional services. • Adheres to a mandatory reporter, confidentiality, and appropriate professional ethical code. • Attend weekly administrative meetings. • Attend Mandatory yearly meetings • Be experienced and comfortable with serving various populations including, but not limited to, ethnicity, race, sexuality, religion, and physical/mental ability. LGBTQ+ affirming environment • Operate EHR system for creating new clients, sending electronic intake, case notes, billing, etc • Submit electronic documentation within 48 hours of services rendered • Work collaboratively with professionals and community members to facilitate a team-based approach • Maintain credentialing, license, and NCTracks and other applicable North Carolina MCO’s • 24/7 Crisis Line Qualifications: • Applicant MUST have Provisional or full licensure as one of the following in the state of North Carolina: LMHC, LCSW, LMFT • Available to work with the client and family weekly • Available to work when able to contact state referral sources • Master’s degree in a human service-related field • Provide mental health services to children, adolescents, and adults • Competency with individual, group, and family therapy • LGBTQ+ and Gender Affirming Compensation: $30 - $40 hourly
