Iron Forged Fitness is currently seeking MORNING and EVENING trainers to add to our personal training team who can effectively enhance the quality of life for their entire community by helping each person become healthy, fit, and strong! Our goal is to build relationships with our clients to maximize their success and reach personal goals!
We are seeking certified, experienced trainers to provide both individual and team/group instruction. Must have basic programming knowledge to where you can modify/scale workouts according to clients needs/abilities. Strong background in fat loss and functional workouts is a must! Fundamental knowledge utilizing dumbbells/kettlebells and movements/programing within the following areas: plyometrics, speed/agility, strength/power, SMR, stability/mobility, and conditioning. Required Education, Certification, Skills and Experience:
At least 18 years of age
High school diploma required
CPR/AED & First Aid certification required
At least 1-2 years of group/team/1-1 experience required or a new trainer looking to learn
Certified Personal Trainer from nationally recognized agency
Great attitude and a team player
A great communicator with excellent people skills
Willingness to learn and a strong desire to help others achieve optimal results
Must be confident and have a friendly and outgoing personality that enjoys social interaction but also be patient, a courteous listener, and able to show empathy
Maintain professional appearance and behavior at all times & proficient in separating professional/personal business
