ABOUT THE ROLE

We are seeking an outgoing, confident, passionate, client-focused, and detail-oriented VIRTUAL EVENTS PRODUCER to lead our clients to success with their virtual events. This role will work closely with clients to plan, execute, and report out on client events. We're excited about candidates who have a strong results orientation and know how to create value in a small, fast paced, and high performing team. 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Coordinate and manage planning for a wide variety of Enterprise clients and virtual/hybrid events
• Ideate creative ideas and event structures (in-person, live, hybrid, etc.) that are fresh, unique, and relevant
• Ability to build a creative concept with a client's strategic goals in mind
• Coordinate timelines, schedules and logistics
• Full autonomy running a virtual/hybrid event on a multitude of digital platforms
• Provide strategy on overall event design and structure based on client goals
• Creative problem solving to promote audience engagement and interactivity
• Draft a full staffing plan, including tech team, to run the event

WHAT YOU BRING

• 1-3 years of related work experience
• Experience with one or more of the following platforms: ON24, Bizzabo, Cvent, and/or Intrado
• Bachelor's degree
• Ability to showcase virtual events that you have previously produced
• Strong client management, time management, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Proven experience working with high-performing teams 
• Experience with and/or ability to quickly master various technology platforms.  
• Omni-channel digital marketing experience preferred
• Thrive in a fast-paced, ‘get-it-done' environment
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Be the most organized person you know
• Knowledge of digital marketing tools and techniques and willingness to learn new applications and tactics.
• Strong Microsoft Office/Google Suite skills
• Experience with Airtable a plus
