THIS IS A 1099 POSITION COMMISSION + MONTHLY BONUSES MUST BE ABLE TO CLIMB AND WALK ROOFS OF VARIOUS PITCHES, MUST BE ABLE TO CARRY AT LEAST 50LBS, WORK IN VARIOUS WEATHER CONDITIONS, AND BE ABLE TO TRAVEL DAILY Iron Horse Roofing is seeking a qualified sales representative to help sell the products and services that our customers rely on. The sales representative will have a strong understanding of the sales process and excel at generating leads, building relationships, and closing deals. The ideal candidate will be a quick learner who has strong negotiating skills and an ability to showcase our offerings in a compelling way. Objectives of this role * Represent the company's products and services. * Achieve weekly, monthly, and annual sales quotas by successfully implementing sales and marketing strategies and tactics * Generate leads and build relationships by organizing a daily work schedule to call on existing and potential customers * Develop and implement territory action plans using comprehensive data analysis, and adjust sales techniques according to interactions and results in the field Responsibilities * Maintain and cultivate working relationships with existing clients to ensure that they receive exceptional service and to identify potential new sales opportunities * Identify prospects, set appointments, make effective qualifying sales calls, and manage sales cycle to close new business in all service categories * Climbing roofs to perform inspections * Prepare concise and accurate reports, estimates, and photos to give to customers requesting quotes * Achieve sales goals by assessing current client needs and following a defined selling process with potential homeowners, often including product demos and presentations * Deal with insurance call-ins and adjusters on behalf of the homeowner Required skills and qualifications * One or more years of sales experience in related fields * Excellent communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, presentation, and organizational skills * Proficiency with sales management software and CRM * Strong ability to balance persuasion, and negotiation with professionalism * Proven previous success rate at levels above sales quota * Ability to travel to customer events Company Description Iron Horse Roofing is a family-owned and operated roofing company here in Raleigh, NC. offering residential and commercial roofing services in North Carolina.
