Iron Mountain is hiring Mortgage Solutions Specialists who are passionate about meeting goals and individual metrics while processing financial documents in a fast paced environment. This role gives you an opportunity to help drive a customer obsessed culture while working with a collaborative team.

THE MORTGAGE SOLUTIONS SPECIALIST I (ENTRY LEVEL POSITION). Seeking candidates that have the ability to learn reviewing, indexing and scanning mortgage documents. They embrace a collaborative team environment in a fast paced, customer obsessed culture that brings customer delight.

The ideal candidate for this role must be able to manage a high volume workload and deliver on customer KPI's and goals. Enjoy working at a fast pace where they prep, review, index and scan mortgage documents. Must have PC skills, lift up to 40 lbs and have a high level of attention to detail.

WHAT’S IN IT FOR YOU?

● Shifts: are between 7:00am & 6:00pm plus up to 4 hours overtime

● Schedule- Monday- Friday + Saturday (depending on team assignment) Daily Overtime as needed to meet workload demands

● Hourly pay- $15.00
