Lead Connector Responsibilities:

Operate as the primary signal person for crane operations

Demonstrate expertise in rigging procedures and fall protection

Work confidently at heights and ensure safety compliance

Possess all necessary connecting tools

Lead and support your backup connector as a team player

Backup Connector Responsibilities:

Assist lead connector and maintain strong teamwork

Work safely and confidently at heights

Follow proper fall protection and tie-off procedures

Bring all required connecting tool
