    THE COMPANY

Irrational Labs is a behavioral science lab focused on increasing health, wealth and happiness.

We take behavioral insights out of the lab and into product development. This is truly a unique concept, blending academic rigor and rapid prototyping to create research-driven, market-viable solutions.

You'll be joining a team with unparalleled experience in the field. We were co-founded with famed author and professor Dan Ariely and have worked with companies like Lyft, Fidelity, Google, Aetna, and many more to drive behavior change for good.

    THE ROLE

Growth Manager for Irrational Labs Behavioral Economics Bootcamp

Our behavioral economics bootcamp is a low cost way for people to learn behavioral economics and apply it in their day to day job. We pride ourselves in taking the theory of behavioral science and helping people apply it to change behavior for good. The course is designed for people who work in marketing, design, research and product.

The current offering has tons of traction, a high NPS and a big market opportunity. Now we need to bring in a person solely focused on growth to take us to the next level.

The right candidate is someone who has expertise in growth - and ideally educational products. You'll be responsible for growing this bootcamp.   And, you'll get to lead the execution of new course options. We'll look to you to take the core concepts and turn them into offerings that drive quality growth.

    Overview:

    • You are familiar with at least 4+ growth channels and know how to figure out the rest.
    • Interested in psychology and behavioral science. You should display some interest in this.
    • You are scrappy enough to do things on your own and senior enough to have the judgement to make good experiments.
      • You have displayed a POV on product positioning and product features.
      • You consider yourself a fairly good copywriter. You believe in content.
      • You know and have worked with backend experimentation tools.
      • You can prioritize growth channels and set an execution strategy to measure success.
      • You are able to increase on-site conversion via landing pages, sign-up flow, and A/B testing
      • You appreciate the details of maintaining quality, while growing.
      • You're a proactive, self starter -- if you see something that needs fixing, you fix it or propose a new way to go about it.

    • You've either worked in tech before, likely on growth marketing or product management teams. Or, you've had a couple years as a management consultant that has been exposed to a variety of industries.
    • You'll help advise on the strategy for paid ads, drip campaigns and SEO - but won't be solely responsible.

    THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

    • You have direct growth marketing experience
    • You have successfully built, measured, and implemented novel growth channels at previous role
    • Bonus: You have worked in online education or bootcamps
