Job Title: Research Associate

This is a part-time, contract position (likely 1-2 days a week for 4 months). We are hiring this research associate to help with a specific client. If this works out, we expect to be able to offer you continued work in the future!

We are looking for someone who has proven ability to write, launch and analyze experimental studies using online recruitment platforms and advanced survey tools.

Responsibilities

• Design complex web-based surveys including programming, developing, testing, and implementation of online studies.
• Collecting, cleaning, coding, and analyzing complex data, as well as writing up results
• Perform literature reviews, meta-analysis and compile citations

Skills/experience required:

• Ability to use Qualtrics to design experiments, write study questions, and glean insights from datasets and experiments
• Proficiency in data analysis, using SPSS, R, or other statistics packages;
• Proficiency in project management and meeting deadlines;
• High level oral and written communication skills (written and slides)
• Familiarity with methods of experimentation
• Ability to communicate research results to both expert and non-expert audiences;
