    Lead the Future of Irrigation Operations:

    We’re hiring an Irrigation Manager to oversee and enhance the irrigation division in Lake Worth. This is a client-facing leadership role—ideal for someone who knows irrigation systems inside and out but thrives in front of the client more than behind the controller. You’ll oversee revenue north of $1M and manage a 25-person team across both route-based and client-dedicated irrigation crews.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Lead daily irrigation operations across multiple client sites

    • Supervise, mentor, and deploy a team of ~25 irrigation technicians

    • Serve as the primary point of contact for high-touch clients, including upselling services

    • Monitor and manage irrigation schedules and central control systems (Universal, Rain Bird, etc.)

    • Maintain and improve service quality using Aspire software

    • Optimize technician deployment and support site supervisors in daily execution

    • Ensure system efficiency, water conservation, and adherence to industry standards

    Qualifications:

    • 5–7+ years in irrigation management within the commercial landscaping industry

    • Experience managing teams of 15+ field staff

    • Deep knowledge of central control systems and high-complexity properties (e.g., resorts, HOAs)

    • Proven ability to build client trust and generate revenue through upsells

    • Strong communication and organizational skills

    • Familiarity with Aspire or similar operational software preferred

    • Valid FL Driver’s License

    Compensation and Benefits:

    • Base Salary: $80,000 – $100,000+ depending on experience

    • Bonus Potential: Performance-based incentives tied to growth and client success
