River Heights Outdoor Solutions is currently seeking an experienced Irrigation Installation Foreman to join our team in Inver Grove Heights, MN. River Heights Outdoor Solutions is a family-owned company that builds some of the most exciting landscape projects in the Twin Cities. The Installation Foreman takes the lead on installation projects and works closely with the Project Manager to ensure we produce the best possible product for our clients.

Pay Range: $25 - $35 and hour depending on experience

Our Ideal Candidate:

Has 4 years plus experience as an irrigation installation foreman

Understands the concepts of irrigation installation and installation efficiency

Must have thorough knowledge of an irrigation system from both a hydraulic and electrical standpoint.

Possesses time management skills to prioritize and meet deadlines.

Is highly organized with outstanding attention to detail.

Exhibits excellent Leadership Skills and abilities in managing crew members

Reads and understands irrigation diagrams

Is able to communicate efficiently with Crew Members, Homeowners and Supervisors.

Maintains Quality in all areas related to the Installation Process.

Specific Responsibilities:

Primary Duty: Manage irrigation maintenance, repair and install projects. Must have skill set to pick up work order and go complete job with little supervision

Operate a variety of mechanical equipment including, but not limited to, mini-ski steer, skid steer, trencher

Installing irrigation on high end residential so must be able to address clients’ questions, comments, and concerns

Integrate technology into new install systems, such as Wi-Fi enabled irrigation systems or rain sensors

Job Requirements:

Current and unrestricted Driver’s license with a clean record

Irrigation install and repair experience is preferred

Willingness to work occasional (paid) overtime Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds to waist level and perform all other physical requirements associated with a position of this nature
