Available shifts as follows, with preference given to candidates available on weekends:
MON-FRI 12 PM - 9 PM
SAT & SUN 8:45 AM - 5:15 PM
SAT 1-7 PM
JOB DUTIES
-Selling customers on the phone and email (soft sales, not cold calling :) ) on why we are the premier school for music lessons, and converting them to registered clients.
-Interacting with families and students
-Adjusting student schedules/billing
-Organizing files/documents
-Keeping school clean and organized
-Ensuring school operations go smoothly
-Solving admin and operational issues
-Reporting to school managers
-Using phone scripts
-Outbound sales follow up calls
-Attending staff meetings
-Ability to multi-task
-Tardy and forgetful people need not apply
-Coordinating and working school concerts
QUALIFICATIONS
Amazing articulate phone voice/Strong phone sales skills
Loves music and is enthusiastic about working in a noisy music school environment, although no music knowledge is required. This is a customer service/sales/admin position.
Strong customer service background (restaurants, service industry, sales, retail, banking).
Looking for someone who LOVES people, isn't afraid to sell with their personality and is looking for a unique career opportunity.
