DESKTOP SUPPORT ANALYST

IMMEDIATE NEED FOR A DESKTOP SUPPORT ANALYST to join a world-renowned healthcare organization in Los Angeles, for a project that will go up to 6 months. The ideal candidate will have healthcare/hospital experience.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provide hardware and software troubleshooting on Windows 10, working with hospital staff
• Troubleshoot/update desktop applications desk-side and/or providing phone support
• Troubleshoot network, printer and scanner issues

QUALIFICATIONS:

• 3 years of desktop support experience (Windows 10)
• Healthcare/hospital experience is a plus
• Windows 10 operating systems, Active Directory, Office 365, network connectivity
• Strong customer service skills
