HELP DESK ANALYST (REMOTE)

IMMEDIATE NEED for a Help Desk Analyst to join a financial service company for a remote 6+ months contract with a strong possibility of conversion. The ideal candidate will have exceptional customer service skills and 2-4 years of experience in an IT help desk role.

                                                                                                                                                      RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Support customer inbound requests through phone, email, and chat
• Acquire and maintain current knowledge of relevant environments (software and hardware) and support policies to provide accurate solutions to customers
• Provide proper user administration and application support for supported applications
• Escalate user rights issue and employee setup issues to application administrators
• Must be flexible with work hours depending on volume. Available to do occasional after-hours support – weeknights and weekends

QUALIFICATIONS:

• 2-4 years’ experience working as a help desk/service desk support
• Excellent customer service
• Desktop experience: MS Office 2016, Windows 7/8/10, Internet Explorer 9/10/11, and other Browsers
• Familiar with Cisco VPN, Service Now, Cisco Voip and Soft Phone a plus
• Hardware support, HP/Kodak/Canon Printer, Scanners, and Rightfax
• Mobile device support, IOS, Android
