    Full Job DescriptionWe are looking for a motivated and well-spoken onboarding specialist to join our insurance brokerage. Onboarding specialists in our organization work directly with every new client that signs with the agency. They will ensure that our clients are well informed about our products, made aware of the referral process, and are given a smooth onboarding experience.

    This sales position offers a competitive base salary rate plus bonuses.

    Responsibilities

    • Meet new business production goals and objectives as established.+ Solicit for new business via telephone, networking, and other lead sources.+ Ask each customer for referrals and explain our referral program.+ Maintain knowledge of new products.+ Create client relationships with follow-up phone calls.+ Having fun while being part of a competitive team.

    Requirements+ Be willing to obtain your Property & Casualty license and a Life & Health license.+ Have an upbeat, positive and enthusiastic attitude.+ Great self-starter with a sense of urgency.+ Create relationships from a cold start and be able to handle customer rejection.+ Have the ability to answer prospective clients' questions efficiently and effectively.
