As a neuropsychological testing technician you will be working virtually alongside board-certified specialty neurologists, a multidisciplinary team, and local providers to ensure the highest quality evidence-based care for patients. We are hiring a diligent, flexible, and service-oriented Neuropsychology Technician to grow as a leader with our team.

    Responsibilities:

    • Conduct neuropsychological assessments with supervision of a licensed clinician
    • Administer, score, and interpret well-established and standardized neuropsychological tests, including cognitive, neuropsychiatric, and behavioral assessments
    • Record and maintain accurate patient data, including test scores and patient demographics
    • Collaborate with the treatment team to develop treatment plans based on assessment results
    • Communicate assessment results to patients and families in an understandable manner
    • Maintain testing materials in accordance with standard protocols

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree in psychology or related field
    • Experience administering and scoring psychological tests, preferably in neuropsychology
    • Knowledge of test administration protocols and testing equipment
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
    • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
    • Familiarity with electronic health records and basic computer skills
    • Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and techniques
    • Min. 1 year experience working with adults with neurocognitive disorders
    • Professional English oral and written communication proficiency at least at the level of lower advanced native speaker

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • Master's degree in psychology or related field
    • Experience working with diverse patient populations, including older adults
    • Knowledge of neuropsychological disorders and assessment measures
