POSITION TITLE: _HOME ENERGY PERFORMANCE SPECIALIST _ Are you looking for a fast-paced job that will keep you engaged? A desirable candidate does not necessarily have Home Performance knowledge but should have a desire to learn about the industry while strengthening already strong skills in time management and sales.

PRINCIPAL PURPOSE OF ROLE: • Evaluate customers’ homes by utilizing provided assessment tools. • Educate homeowners on the findings and sell products that meet their needs based on the results of the assessment. • Managing sold project from start to finish

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES: • Perform Home Energy Audits using the assessment tools Isaac provides for you • Maintain sales projections, reaching sales goals as set with your manager • Enter audit information in energy modeling program • Develop work scopes based on audit findings • Present audit results and prioritize work scopes for homeowners • Deliver results to the customer, matching up the findings with a wide variety of home improvements that solve the problems uncovered by the audit • Engineer, order and schedule the purchased home improvements • Oversee and project manage the improvements and installations the customer purchases following the audit results • Perform test-outs after the purchased improvements have been completed • Follow-up on any concerns the customer has after installations

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE: • High school diploma or equivalent. Some college preferred • Knowledge of home and/or sales experience preferred • Clean driving record and valid driver’s license

QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS: • Excellent communication skills with coworkers and customers • Ability to sell the benefits of a product • Self starter and motivated to learn • Great organization and time management skills • Completion of Pre-Employment Hair Follicle Drug Screen and Background check

PROVIDED AUDITOR PACKAGE: • All major energy assessment tools (Except the auditor is responsible for basic hand tools) • Vehicle • Cell Phone • Base salary plus commission
