JOB DESCRIPTION:The Human Resources and Housing Coordinator is responsible for providing administrative support to the Human Resources department to meet property and business objectives and the needs of employee housing. Duties include various clerical responsibilities as well as physically demanding assignments involving employee housing.SKILLS:

• Maintain employee housing units at multiple employee apartment buildings
• Inspect housing sites regularly to identify problems and necessary maintenance
• Clean and prepare housing when residents move out and prepare for incoming residents
• Coordinate cleaning and maintenance when needed
• Oversee all repairs and ensure that work is completed on time
• Maintain all inventory and equipment, and ensure proper storage
• Create and maintain employee files and documents.
• Assist with associate recognition programs and meetings.
• Ensure that associate bulletin boards are current, interesting, and include relevant information.
• Maintain an organized and professional-looking environment.
• Perform duties, special assignments and projects as requested by management.

QUALIFICATIONS:   

• High school diploma or equivalent work experience required
• Be able to lift/move 50+ pounds
• Be able to meet physical demands of the job lifting, bending, for purposes of cleaning, moving furniture, and overall preparation of employee housing
•  1+ years of progressive experience in human resources or administrative role
•  Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Word.
