    Job Summary

    We are seeking a motivated and outgoing individual to join our busy Insurance and Finance office. In this role, you will provide Reception / Administrative support, ensuring our clients have a frontline person dedicated to assisting them get their request routed to the right person in the office as well as providing general administrative assistance. Your responsibilities will include answering phone calls, preparing reports, following up with clients, responding to emails, processing basic documentation, organizing and managing tasks. The ideal candidate is tech savvy, highly organized, thrives in a busy environment, has excellent written and verbal communication skills and a friendly, can do attitude and outlook, who doesn't get flustered easily. This is a very busy sales environment that is fast-paced, but fun! There is plenty of opportunity for advancement within the company.

    Responsibilities

    Answer incoming phone calls and route them to the appropriate person or handle requests on own

    Taking accurate notes on client requests and notating call transcripts into systems

    Produce and process various client documentation upon request

    Write emails, memos, and letters and distribute them appropriately

    Prioritize, organize and track documentation set to specific deadlines

    Scan documents and maintain an organized filing system

    Develop, update, and maintain relevant office reports and spreadsheets

    Qualifications

    High school diploma/GED required

    Previous experience in administration of clerical work or in a similar position

    Ideal candidate would be someone who is adept at learning new tasks and software

    Ability to multi-task and manage multiple projects a must!

    Excellent computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint

    Highly organized with excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize when things get busy

    Satisfactory background check and business references required before offer of employment will be extended
