WORK FROM HOME

We have immediate openings for TIER 1 TECHNICAL SUPPORT

This position will support Windows desktop systems, mobile devices, and peripherals via phone, remote session, and ticket system. Qualified candidates will have verifiable experience with: Windows 7/10, Active Directory, Group Policy, remote desktop, and basic networking. Excellent communication skills are a MUST. College degree or industry certifications (Microsoft, Juniper, Cisco, CompTIA) preferred but not required.

The position is full-time, M-F, and staff members are able to work from home. Qualified candidates will reside within North Texas, as occasional office meetings and/or training sessions will be required in the Plano area. Ad hoc projects and site visits within DFW and surrounding areas are also possible. Candidates MUST have stable Internet service as a condition of employment.

First year earnings up to $60K and advancement opportunities abound.
