Work Plan:

1. Long run vehicle data analysis/LA durability data analysis for OBD robustness, margin assessment etc (mentor – Prashant)
2. Develop/improve automation scripts/tools for long run vehicle data analysis (mentor – Prashant)
3. Assist in establishing/completing IQUAVIS tool utilization (mentor – Akhil)

Education /Experience

• Master’s Degree in Mechanical / Automotive Engineering
• Experience with Engine Testing, Simulation Environment, and Data Analysis is beneficial.

Knowledge

• Internal Combustion Diesel Engine
• Diesel Engine after treatment components
• Basics of Control Systems, Design and Analysis. Knowledge of powertrain controls system architecture
• Good Understanding of Statistics and Probability

Skills /Abilities

• Proficient in MATLAB scripting and programming. Knowledge of various toolboxes like Statistics and ML , Optimization is beneficial
• Proficient in Simulink. Knowledge of Stateflow is beneficial
• Experience of working with CAN , Data acquisition software like ETAS INCA/MDA is beneficial
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills

Strong computer skills is necessary. Proficient PC skills in Windows applications/Microsoft Office Presentation and Report writing
