Responsibilities: What You’ll Do: • Respond to client issues via phone, chat, or in-person, troubleshooting hardware, software, and networking problems Provide support for: • Printing and peripherals • Office 365, email, and productivity tools • Software installations and updates • Operating system questions (Windows and more) • Assist with hardware prep and in-office repairs • Document and escalate more complex issues to senior engineers when needed Qualifications: What You Bring: • A strong interest in IT and helping people • Basic knowledge of: • Office 365 and general networking concepts • Windows operating systems and common business applications • Excellent communication and professionalism on the phone and via email • Willingness to learn and grow with hands-on support and mentorship Bonus if you have: • Any IT certifications (CompTIA, Azure, etc.) • Experience with remote desktop tools or ticketing systems Compensation: $25,000+
