Responsibilities: • Administer new user accounts, work email addresses, and access levels to new employees to ensure they have everything they need to work efficiently • Help our staff solve technology-related problems so they can work efficiently • Implement new technology, such as desktops and computer hardware, operating systems, software programs, and applications • Run security checks on all of our systems to ensure we are protected from cybersecurity threats • Perform regular maintenance for our phone systems, computer systems, computers, printers, network systems, and any other technical equipment Key Responsibilities: • Provide technical support for employees and customers, addressing and resolving hardware, software, and network issues. • Assist with the setup and configuration of audio and video equipment for training sessions, particularly outside normal business hours. • Set up PCs, install new software, and configure workstations for new and existing employees. • Collaborate with the training team to ensure all training setups (AV equipment, software, and connectivity) are ready before scheduled sessions. • Provide troubleshooting support for technical issues that may arise during training sessions. • Maintain and update technical documentation and user guides for common support requests. • Support remote and on-site training sessions, ensuring all technology and equipment functions properly during presentations. • Respond to service requests promptly and provide clear communication regarding status and solutions. • Work with other departments to resolve technical issues and ensure seamless delivery of services. • Assist with the installation and configuration of new technology and equipment as required by the team. Qualifications: • Great customer service skills and passionate about helping our business succeed • Strong communication skills, organizational skills, and time management skills • At least two years experience in a professional IT work environment • Solid understanding of troubleshooting Internet connectivity, network systems, phone systems, and other technological equipment in the office • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office • Ability to work Full-Time, Monday through Friday, 8 am-5 pm. Compensation: $20 - $25 hourly
