    SkyViewTek is an expanding IT consulting company supporting small to mid-sized businesses throughout the Greater Philadelphia and tri-state area. We’re looking for a Level 2 IT Specialist who is comfortable in a client-facing role and confident in hands-on technical work. In this position, you’ll partner directly with business clients to implement hardware, resolve technical issues, enhance cybersecurity, and keep their systems operating at peak performance. This is a full-time, Monday–Friday (40 hours/week) hybrid position providing on-site and remote IT support to business clients. This role requires occasional local travel to client sites and to our Malvern, PA office. Compensation & Benefits: • Salary: $75,000–$85,000 • Paid Time Off • Matching IRA contribution • Health Insurance • Mileage Reimbursement Responsibilities: • Respond to IT support tickets and provide timely solutions • Deliver both face-to-face and remote technical support • Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot computer systems and software • Deploy and configure Windows 11 laptops/desktops and Microsoft 365 applications • Set up new user accounts, reset passwords, and manage permissions • Manage and monitor tickets through ConnectWise and related dashboards • Track and document daily time and client work accurately • Support and maintain cybersecurity tools and solutions • Implement and maintain proper data security measures • Document technical processes and recommend system improvements • Take the initiative to learn new tools and support additional technical projects Qualifications: Technical Qualifications • Network architecture knowledge (TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS) • Server hardware & virtualization experience (HP, Dell, Hyper-V) • Active Directory, Azure, and Domain Controller management • Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD): users, groups, roles, conditional access, authentication policies • Integration of Entra ID with Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Teams, Intune, and third-party applications • OneDrive & SharePoint administration • SonicWall firewall configuration • Wireless Access Point (WAP) management • Backup technologies Preferred Experience • Microsoft Intune, AutoPilot, and Entra deployment & troubleshooting • ConnectWise or other ticketing systems • Remote support tools such as ScreenConnect or QuickAssist • Associate’s Degree (or higher) Compensation: $75,000 – $85,000 yearly
