Responsibilities:
Greet all guests with a smile and a friendly greeting.
Responsible for communicating special instructions between the Kitchen Staff, Servers, Delivery Staff and Management
Responsible for knowing the menu to include the ingredients and preparation of specific menu items
Verify food for consistency
Responsible for ensuring consistent high quality of food preparation and service.
Ability to motivate employees to work as a team to ensure that food and service meet appropriate standards.
Must be able to handle the pressures of simultaneously coordinating a wide range of activities and recommend appropriate solutions to restaurant problems.
Oversee and ensure that restaurant policies on employee performance expectations are followed and completed on a timely basis.
Incorporate and administer applicable safety and sanitation programs for the restaurant, employees, and guests.
Commit to maintain the culture through the evolution of the business.
Possess complete knowledge, execution, and enforcement of all food and beverage menus –including ingredients, preparation methods, and presentation.
Hire upbeat and qualified front of house staff.
Hold staff accountable and terminate staff when warranted.
Qualifications:
1 year or more of recent F&B Management Experience
1 year or more of customer service experience
Comfortable standing for entire shift
Comfortable lifting 40 lbs. on a regular basis
Comfortable with operating a cash register
Flexible on hours
Work independently
Work in a fast paced, high volume work environment
