The Role:

As our Pasta Cook, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking a variety of fresh Italian pasta dishes with precision and efficiency. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and has a deep appreciation for authentic Italian food.

Requirements:

Previous experience cooking pasta in a professional kitchen is a must

Strong understanding of Southern Italian cooking techniques

Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

Team-oriented, reliable, and punctual

Passion for quality, presentation, and flavor and must follow all food safety regulations

Ability to meet the physical demands of the position, including standing for long periods and lifting up to 40 pounds
