    About us:

    Italmatch USA Corporation and its subsidiaries manufacture and sell specialty chemicals to its customers domestically and internationally. Italmatch USA is headquartered in Atlanta, GA. Our parent company is an international chemical company with worldwide operations and sales headquartered in Genoa, Italy.

    Position Overview:

    The successful candidate will have a manufacturing background and work in our SAP software as the primary finance and accounting person responsible for all aspects of one of the Company’s subsidiaries. The job functions include accounting, treasury, AP, AR, monthly close, special projects, and interfacing with our internal departments and parent company’s finance team.

    Job Description:

    Prepares monthly journal entries and vouchers.

    Records daily cash receipts and prepares payment distributions.

    Maintains accurate records of accounts receivable, accounts payable, inventory, payroll, fixed assets and other financial data.

    Assist with preparing and reconciling accurate and timely monthly and annual financial reports and supporting schedules.

    Prepares corporate compliance reporting requirements.

    Maintains the current list of capital expenditure projects, fixed assets, month-end depreciation, month-end report creation, and coordination with plant management.

    Assists with internal/external audit requests and provides information as requested.

    Position Requirements:

    Prior work experience in finance/accounting for a manufacturing company

    Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance from an accredited college or university

    1-3 years of accounting work experience

    Proficient in SAP is a plus.

    Strong written and verbal communication and professional interpersonal skills

    Ability to work cooperatively and collaboratively with all levels of employees, management, and external parties.

    Organized and detail-oriented with the ability to multi-task, work independently, and meet deadlines as required.
