Highly-reputable 3rd party logistics company is hiring for a CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE WITH ROUTING EXPERIENCE (DEALING WITH DRIVERS AND THE PORTS IN SPECIFIC)

8AM-5PM MONDAY-FRIDAY, POTENTIAL OT DURING PEAK SEASONS PAY RANGE: 16.00/HR-19.00HR DOE LOCATIONS: CITY OF ONTARIO, CA, REDLANDS, CA, FONTANA CA 

JOB DUTIES:

Will receive orders from customers via email, physical mail, and through other sources. Process orders for customers according to compliance, retail guidelines and maintaining wms protocol. Entering orders, printing, sorting, counting labels, reading and completing bill of ladings, scheduling transportation, runs reports. Communicating with Ports and Drivers, updating shipping and delivery schedules. Monitors shipping activity Investigates and resolves client issues. Communicates directly with management and supervisors.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS: Six months to one-year related experience, and or training Associates Degree or Trade School certification is a plus Must be able to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, procedure manuals, and operating instructions. Must be able to write routine reports using MS Office suite (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, etc) Must be able to calculate figures, such as discounts, interest, and commissions. Bilingual is a plus, but not required
