Job Description

We have a CSR 3PL Logistics opening in the city of Santa Fe Springs CA.

Requirements:

. Routing Experience

. Computer skills/knowledge MS Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook)

. Will be interacting with our customer to handle their in-bounds and shipments

. Will also be coordinating with the drivers checking in at the window and the warehouse staff.

· Strong customer service skills in the logistics industry preferably.

· Self directed/ fast learner

· Excellent organizational skills

· Accurate data-entry skills

· Effective verbal/written communication skills.

· Ability to assess daily workflow and prioritize tasks.

· Ability to multi-task and work under pressure while providing a high level of service.

· Reliable.

Pay rate $17.00-18.00
