EXECUTIVE MATCHMAKER

IDEAL CANDIDATE
You must be passionate about helping others find their special someone, and enthusiastic about giving our clients premier service and the best experience possible. The ideal candidate has a MINIMUM OF 5 YEARS EXPERIENCE IN CUSTOMER SERVICE, 4-year degree with a preferred concentration in psychology, behavioral studies and/or business. A combination of education, training and experience will be considered. This position requires STRONG INTERPERSONAL AND CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS. You will be identify client dating preferences, select and present matches to the client. A successful Executive Matchmaker has the skill set to meet both individual and team monthly goals, is driven, and self-motivated with the ability to prioritize the daily work flow. An Executive Matchmaker must understand the VALUE OF THE CLIENT and ensure they experience the highest level of customer care. Must use a consultative approach with all clients, with a POSITIVE and ENERGETIC ATTITUDE! Excellent written/verbal communication skills, especially over the phone. In addition, you need to be computer and technology savvy with intermediate knowledge of Microsoft products; CRM experience and consultative sales experience is a plus!
OPPORTUNITY OVERVIEW
The Executive Matchmaker will manage all aspects of the clients account from daily communication including face to face meetings, selecting the clients match, presenting the match, recruiting matches, coordinating dates, restaurant selection, and answering multiple calls. You will work with an assigned client group to facilitate matches with excellent attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks while following a structured schedule. Each interaction with your clients will ensure our service standards in our contracts with our clients are met. Your daily tasks will promote client retention and renewals through excellent customer service, sales skills and an overall can-do attitude. You must be able to think quickly on your feet to identify and resolve problems in a timely manner and use reason when dealing with emotional topics. You must also be able to handle emotionally driven conversations with tact and courtesy. Your performance will be evaluated on timely and positive client service and scheduling minimum dates for your assigned clients.

Executive Matchmakers work only MONDAY THRU FRIDAY WITH HOURS 9AM-6PM AND/OR LATE SHIFTS OF MONDAY 9AM-6PM, TUES-WEDS-THURS 12PM-9PM, FRI 9AM-6PM. SCHEDULES ARE KNOW IN ADVANCE. No travel or weekends required.
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS OF WORKING FOR IT’S JUST LUNCH
The BASE PAY IS $40,000 with the opportunity for many MONTHLY BONUSES THROUGH CLIENT RETENTION, PRODUCTIVITY, and referrals. A successful Executive Matchmaker has the POTENTIAL TO EARN UP TO $60,000- $65,000 A YEAR! Of course, we also offer a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical, dental, vision, disability, paid time off and a match 401K, but the benefits are so much more than that. LOCATION
THIS OPPORTUNITY IS IN OFFICE SETTING ONLY (NO REMOTE) THAT SUPPORTS THE CURRENT SAFETY RECOMMENDATIONS OF THE FEDERAL GOVERNMENT DURING THE CURRENT PANDEMIC. Our Corporate Office is a beautiful, chic office space located in Miramar. It’s a secure building with ample parking and many amenities nearby. There are many great places to eat and shop that are near the office and only a few blocks away from Pembroke Gardens Mall.
