Ivex Protective Packaging is major supplier of foam packaging materials. With our recent growth, we are seeking experienced production associates to join our growing production team.

Responsibilities:

The Box Truck Driver/Material Handler is primarily functioning in the warehouse areas of the manufacturing plant. The position combines computer work, various warehousing equipment, and forklifts in a team environment to achieve challenging production goals. The main responsibility of the material handler is to load and unload materials onto or from pallets, by hand and/or forklift. The driving and loading and unloading of trucks.  Moving materials between the Ivex Extrusion Plant and the Conversion Plant.

• Ability to apply knowledge learned
• Organizational skills
• Willingness to work overtime as needs arise
• Maintain a good attendance record and report on time
• Properly complete all paperwork required
• Promote a safe, quality, and productive work environment for all team members
• Preferred fork truck experience, but not required
• Cross training of other positions to cover on an as needed basis
• Forklift experience 2 years or more
• Box truck experience 2 years or more
• Must have a valid driver's license
• Must have proof of valid car insurance

Schedule:

• 12 hour night schedule 8p to 8a
• 4-3 days/week schedule
