Job Description:

Ivy at Deer Lodge is looking for a Part-Time RDM for our Skilled Nursing & Rehab facility!

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate and assess nutrition status of residents.
• Conduct nutrition counseling and mentorship with residents.
• Design nutrition and wellness curriculum for residents.
• Work with physicians and resident care plans.

Requirements/Qualifications:

• Must have RDN license.
• Prefer at least 1 year of experience in skilled nursing.
