Job Description:

Ivy at Great Falls is looking for an Admissions Nurse to serve as an important part of workflow management by taking on some of the admission process.

Responsibilities:

• Perform a complete head-to-toe assessment on newly admitted resident.
• Review and document the resident's medication list and pertinent medical history.
• Complete all admission documents.
• Communicate with DON/ADON concerning all admissions.

Requirements/Qualifications:

• Current state nursing license.
• Skilled nursing and rehab admissions experience preferred.
