Some Key Areas of Responsibility

Establish a safe, healthy, and welcoming preschool setting and oversee programs and activities to engage and educate young children.

Maintain compliance with state childcare licensing standards.

Develop open lines of communication with educators, parents, and students—and conduct one-on-one meetings with parents to discuss each child's progress.

Build and support a qualified team of early childhood educators to continually enhance our superior reputation in early-childhood education.

Handle registration and admissions for the school year

Participate in marketing events, campaigns, and community relations.

Requirements:

Must meet state licensing experience/degree requirements Minimum of Bachelor’s degree in Education or related field

Experience in an early childhood administrative role

Proficiency in Microsoft word, excel, publisher, and PowerPoint
