The ideal candidate for this position will possess a clear commitment to the highest of standards in early childhood education. He or she must have a sense of humor and understand the flexibility needed in a school setting! We are seeking a Principal who has demonstrated the essential skills required in establishing effective relationships with our educators, our parents and most importantly our students.

Some Key Areas of Responsibility

Establish a safe, healthy, and welcoming preschool setting and oversee programs and activities to engage and educate young children.

Develop open lines of communication with educators, parents, and students—and conduct one-on-one meetings with parents to discuss each child's progress.

Build and support a qualified team of early childhood educators to continually enhance our superior reputation in early-childhood education.

Handle registration and admissions for the school year

Participate in marketing events, campaigns, and community relations.

Provide unparalleled customer service

Requirements:

Minimum of Bachelor’s degree in Education or related field

Experience in an Administrative role.

Proficiency in Microsoft word, excel, publisher, and power point
