    Qualifications:

    Ability to multi-task

    Bi-lingual English & Mandarin

    Ability to handle high-volume work.

    Expert organizational and follow through skills.

    Excellent oral and written communication skills

    Keen attention to detail, Ability to meet demanding deadlines.

    Positive, energetic and able to take constructive feedback.

    Responsibilities:

    Communicate with students and parents.

    Maintain student files

    Front desk duties

    Schedule counselor meeting

    Hold classes as a class manager.

    Work hours:

    Tuesday-Friday: 12:00 PM-8:30 PM

    Saturday: 10AM-6:30PM

    Off: Monday and Sunday

    Education Requirements:

    Associate degree or equivalent experience

    Job Type: Full-time

    Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
