No Experience required. We are an Executive Search firm specializing in recruiting professionals in the Engineering and Architectural industries. Our business is growing and we are searching for executive recruiters to join our organization. Specifically, we are looking for individuals who excel in sales and business development as well as managing business relationships with clients and candidates throughout the recruitment process. Prior recruiting experience not required, some of our best recruiters have come with no recruiting experience.

Principal duties and responsibilities include:

• Research, identify and recruit and screen potential candidates for our client companies;
• Extensive phone and internet communication with clients and candidates.

This position requires individuals who are goal oriented, possess a strong sales aptitude, as well as have the ability to prioritize and manage multiple objectives in a fast paced and challenging environment. We will teach you everything you need to know to be successful in this industry. YOU HAVE TO BRING THE DRIVE, PASSION, AND MUST BE A SELF-STARTER.

Salary: Draw + commission with uncapped earning potential. Average earnings are $80k, while most of our people have made over $100k and top earners have made nearly $250k/year.
