The ideal candidate in this position will be required to complete the following tasks as part of this role: • Assist to create and manage all systems for sellers, buyers, client database management, lead generation tracking, lead follow-up and all office administration. • Activate and manage listings acting as listing concierge to assist listing agent with client care and customer service throughout the listing process. • Managing and executing weekly Open Houses and Showing Feedback reporting system. • Assist in the production and creation of various marketing materials for the J Alexander brand. • Manage Social Media pages creating content and designing graphics for various postings. • Fielding and responding to inquiries from clients, cooperating agents and call-in seller / buyer leads. • Plan and execute client appreciation and community events. Responsibilities: • Listing management • Frequent Client communication • Marketing (design, create and placement of marketing materials print and online) • Event planning • Administrative support for Real Estate Sales Team Qualifications: • Excellent communication and writing skills • Previous experience in administration, customer service or a role involving customer communication • Ability to use and navigate social media platforms at a high level (Facebook, Instagram, Linkedin, etc.) • Knowledge of MacOS, OfficeSuite, Google Drive, CRM, and Gmail • Adobe Photoshop experience preferred • A valid Real Estate License or past real estate experience and/or licensure is preferred, not required Compensation: $30,000 - $36,000 yearly
