Our CSR’s are assisting Patients with medical conditions get the medically prescribed supplies they need by:

• Processes incoming prescriptions from physicians and network providers
• Verifies insurance
• Contacts clients, caregivers, doctors and/or network providers to obtain client information
• Calculates and collects insurance co-pays
• Takes all necessary steps to obtain prior authorizations for both new accounts and existing accounts that are due to expire
• Investigates reasons for held work orders and resolves so that orders may be released

Must be kind and compassionate with great computer skills! Able to move between multiple databases while on the phone. Prior customer service experience is preferred. Skills testing is required.
