Responsibilities

Perform a variety of brow services, including brow shaping, brow tinting, brow waxing, brow threading, and brow styling, to create perfectly groomed and defined brows that complement each client's unique features.

Consult with clients to understand their brow goals, preferences, and concerns, providing personalized recommendations and suggestions for brow treatments and enhancements.

Demonstrate expert knowledge and skill in brow shaping techniques, including precision waxing, threading, and tweezing, to create tailored brow shapes that flatter each client's face shape and eye structure.

Utilize high-quality brow products and tools to achieve flawless and long-lasting results, ensuring that brow colors and shapes are customized to match each client's hair color, skin tone, and desired brow look.

Stay up-to-date with current brow trends, techniques, and products, continuously expanding your knowledge and skill set to offer innovative and on-trend brow designs and treatments.

Educate clients on proper brow care practices, including brow maintenance, aftercare, and product recommendations, to help them achieve and maintain beautiful, healthy brows between salon visits.

Participate in salon marketing and promotional efforts to promote brow services and attract new clients, including showcasing your brow artistry skills on social media platforms, contributing to salon events and promotions, and engaging with potential clients online.

Provide exceptional customer service to clients, building rapport, establishing trust, and ensuring client satisfaction by delivering high-quality brow services and exceeding their expectations.

Collaborate with salon management and other team members to maintain a positive and professional salon environment, contributing to a cohesive and supportive team culture.

Demonstrate professionalism, punctuality, and reliability in all aspects of your work, including adhering to salon policies, procedures, and schedules.

Qualifications

Proven experience as a Brow Specialist, with a portfolio showcasing a diverse range of brow services and brow designs.

Strong proficiency in brow shaping techniques, including waxing, threading, tweezing, and tinting, with a focus on precision and attention to detail.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport, establish trust, and provide exceptional customer service to clients.

Creativity, artistic flair, and a passion for brow care and brow artistry, with a dedication to staying on top of current brow trends, techniques, and products.

Certification or formal training in brow shaping and brow tinting from a reputable institution is preferred but not required, with demonstrated experience and expertise serving as the primary qualification.

Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed to accommodate client appointments and salon schedules.
