****Skills and Experiences

• Experienced in residential retrofit installations including furnaces, heat pumps, air conditioners. Journeyman's licence preferred but not required.

• Experience installing water heaters and/or water softeners a plus!

• Understanding of HVAC products so that clients questions can be addressed and resolved.

• Diligent about leaving every installation area cleaner than you found it.

• Strong work ethic. Show up on time, work hard, do your best!

• Comfortable interacting with all ages, backgrounds and personalities of people

• Excellent listening and problem solving skills.

• Honest, dependable, good character.

• Desire to continue learning and improving.
