Must be experienced in HVAC servicing (residential retrofit experience preferred)
Willing to continue learning and improving.
Sales aptitude helpful, BUT we sell by serving and caring about our customers first and foremost!
Excellent listening and problem solving skills.
Able to identify client’s needs and communicate solutions.
Ability to relate to all ages and types of people
Understanding of HVAC products so that clients’ needs can be addressed and met.
Strong work ethic. Show up on time, work hard, do your best!
