J. E. ABERCROMBIE, INC., THE LEADING COMMERCIAL INTERIOR SPECIALTIES CONSTRUCTION COMPANY IN NORTH FLORIDA, IS CURRENTLY SEEKING AN ESTIMATOR/PROJECT MANAGER TO JOIN OUR TEAM FOR A LONG-TERM CAREER. CONFIDENTIALITY WILL BE GIVEN TO THOSE WHO APPLY.

The Estimator/Project Manager will be responsible for estimating commercial drywall and acoustical ceiling projects as well as managing pricing, submittals, material procurement, and scheduling of awarded projects.

QUALIFICATIONS INCLUDE:

• Knowledge of light gauge metal framing, drywall, and acoustical systems.
• 4+ years of project management or estimating experience (experience within the drywall industry is a plus). Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Building Construction is preferred.
• Proficient in reading architectural and structural blueprints.
• Must be computer literate and have experience with estimating software. Knowledge of OST & Quick Bid is a plus.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Professional face-to-face customer interaction and sales involvement from initial contact through business closing.
• Must be able to excel under pressure and handle multiple projects at once.
