Searching for a Commercial CSR / Licensed Insurance Agent for our growing team. Some experience is preferred. This team member will primarily be working renewals, servicing and cross selling our current book of Commercial Lines business Monday through Friday. NO WEEKENDS The perfect candidate will have: *Active Property and Casualty License in the State of California (We will can consider if you do not have a license  but can obtain one) *Needs excellent computer skills. We are automated and file electronically. *Needs a high level of proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel, and MS Power Point is required *Needs to be able to multi-task *Needs solid verbal and written communication skills *Needs to be ethical, honest and have personality. *Needs to be Energetic, Outgoing, and Motivated. *Needs to work independently and be organized. *Needs to follow procedures. *Needs to work as part of a team. *Needs to be able to speak fluent Spanish
